IMPORTANT NOTE:

(i) Fill in the application form the name of the course of study in which the candidate wants to seek addmission, after reading the instructions in the Handbook of information carefully.
(ii) The application form complete in every respects alongwith Admit Card, attested, copies of testimonials, fees and any one of the following documents, as may be applicable to the category of their candidature, should be sent to the Chairman mentioned in the Hand-Book:

NOTE.

1.PLEASE ATTACH BANK DRAFT / IPO OF RS. 100/- (In case of SC/ST Rs. 25/-) as application fee for MTA course and of Rs. 300/-(in case of SC/ST Rs. 200/-) for FYICTA as application fee in favor of Director, IVS, HPU, Shimla.

2. If also applying for Non-Subsidized category, PLEASE ATTACH BANK DRAFT / IPO OF RS. 100/-more in addition to RS. 100/- for Subsidized seat for MTA course and attach BANK DRAFT / IPO OF RS. 300/- in addition to Subsidized application fee for FYICTA corse in favor of Director, IVS, HPU, Shimla.

3. If Application form is downloaded from Internet, PLEASE ATTACH BANK DRAFT / IPO OF RS. 200/- as prospectus fee in favor of F.O, HPU, Shimla. The prospectus may be available from the office either on or before the entrance test.

Guidelines for the MTA Students/Applicants:

  1.All the students may download the application form and may send it to the Director, Institute of Vocational Studies, MTA, H.P. University, Shimla-171005 along with prospectus fees of rupees 200/- in the shape of demand draft in favour of finance officer, H.P. University, Shimla and Rupees 100 (Rs. 25/- in case of S.C/S.T) as application fee and Rs. 100 in addition in case of NON-SUBSIDIZED category in favor of Director, IVS, MTA HP University, along with two self addressed envelopes containing stamps of worth Rs. 30/- and Rs. 6/-.
2. Cost of prospectus 200 at counter and 250/- by post.
3. NON-SUBSIDIZED Fees-Rs. 50,000/- per annum in addition to university fees and other charges.
